








Volkswagen wanted to drive more owners into official service centers on a specific day to boost maintenance and check-ups.
Car maintenance is stressful because we never know whatβs wrong. But the moment a mechanic identifies the issue and starts fixing it, the tension drops. Just like when a masseuse finds the knot in your back and releases it. Only then you can finally relax.
We created "Zen Day", a one-day wellness retreat for Volkswagens, with special offers and free check-ups. By reframing maintenance into relief and service into a spa experience, the campaign stood out and drove strong awareness for this unique day.
